I have a question with regards to the Face Detection. Is there a way to get it to work with Shaderfilter for the distortion of faces? I love the Distort that this has and the fact it tracks on the face and would LOVE to be able to use it or find a way to use it with other distorting filters.

I'm sorry you have issues :-(
Could you post a detailed description of your issue here ? https://github.com/xurei/shadertastic/issues
It will be easier to track this there.

Please include :
- OS
- OBS version
- Shadertastic version
- other installed plugins

Could you post the link of the effect you're mentioning ?

Shadertastic is designed to make the addition of custom shaders.
So, in theory, yes, but not easily (meaning: code involved).

I don't know how tech-savvy you are, but if you have a precise idea of what you are looking for, we can discuss this, in DM if you prefer.

I'm experiencing a bug or error I guess, when I apply the zoom shader to my cam I leave the zoom at 0,000 then I create one Move Value filter, this one moves the zoom value to like 0,800 for some seconds and then back to 0 (to be triggered by a redeem with StreamerBot) but then my cam goes black in all my scenes, even when I restart OBS, I have to disable both filters and restart the OBS (also, if Im using virtual cam with discord, my preview in obs goes black but the preview in my discord works fine)

Edit: OBS 32.0.2, plugin version 0.1.5, Windows 11 (32gb RAM, GTX 1070 8gb, i9 10900k)

I believe I fiexed this in the next release (ETA Christmas 2025). In the meantime, could you try to add a Color Correction with default parameters at the end of your filter list ? I believe it should fix the issue.
If this does not work, could you make a quick record of your setup and post it here ? (or send it to xureilab@gmail.com if you prefer not to post it in public)

BTW, face tracking is costly! You should *not* let it active if not used, even when the zoom factor is zero (the plugin will always compute the face tracking points when the filters are active, regardless of the rendering).
I strongly advise to disable the face tracking filters when they do nothing, your CPU will thank you.

What I would do is :
On activation :
- enable the zoom filter, zoom fatctor=0
- 20ms afterwards, enable the move value filter
On deactivation :
- enable the reversed move filter
- 2000ms afterwards (or more, depending on the move duration), disable the zoom filter
The Move filters should disable by themselves so you don't have to deal with them.
