Question / Help Severe Video / Audio De-Syncing

So I have OBS for Mac.

I try to screen capture Minecraft with OBS and record audio with WavTap. I find that the video lags 4-5 seconds behind the audio and the picture is extremely blurry. Here's an example:

Any way to fix this?
