Help! When I go to my settings and change them to what I want, I hit apply. It applies it. Then I go to a new tab to change the settings under whatever else I'm changing. Then I hit apply. When I double check all the settings I changed, they are all reverted back to the normal settings. Help!

Which settings? Some will auto-revert as they aren't possible (like negative camera offset values).
First for encoding. I uncheck Use CBR, change quality balance to 10 and set max bitrate to 17500. I also change the format to 41.1 bitrate to 320. Then for broadcast settings i set it to file output only and I set it to the path where I want it to be saved. then under video i change the resolution to 1920 by 1080. And that's it. I go to double check everything and it reverts back to the normal default settings, even when I change them to my liking and hit apply.
