Make 2 profiles for offline games (where you dont use your upload for realtime communication with game servers, voice etc) and online games (where ping and realtime communication matters).
For the offline games you can go with 1500 video bitrate and 128 audio, something like 720p 30fps and the default preset (or higher if your CPU can handle it).
For online games you want ~1200 kbps video bitrate and 128 audio, leaving around 600 for your game, teamspeak etc. Here you can downscale the resolution to 480, 30 fps. Here again you can use your CPU to push some extra quality if it can handle it.
Static games (like Hearthstone) look way better at low bitrate than fast FPS games.
But if you can, try to improve your connection by talking to Teliasonera. As far as i know, they can provide way higher speed, specially Finland and Sweden the usual speed is higher. So you can have up to 3500kbps (twitch softcap for the video bitrate) for your stream and the rest for your background tasks.
