Question / Help Settings setup for this pc build

I definitely have a performance issue with OBS, mainly because I think it is because of my CPU this is my specs. It would be nice to see if I can even stream with such a setup
CPU: Dual Core
GPU: Zotac GTX 750 ti
Ram: 4gb (2 x 2gb) Mushkin silverline

We can't tell you canned settings, it depends on too many variables. Use the guides on the web site and forums to set up OBS. Once you have it set up as best as you're able, do a five minute or longer encode of high action content, and then post that OBS log file if it didn't perform as well as you'd like.

FYI, you really need an Intel quad core or eight core AMD to run OBS well for most games.

Alright, I mainly just play CSGO, would Shadowplay be a alternative to that, or would it just be the same. But if I can't ill just stick to recording and editing videos to start my YouTube channel.
