Some good settings I need. Thanks in advance.Im not american i dont speak english.

My Pc Specs:
Procesor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2930 @ 1.83GHz 1.83 GHz
(RAM) 4,00 GB
System 64xbeats procesor x64
WINDOWS 8.1

that is a really slow CPU but it has quick sync. I would do 720p @30fps but instead of x264, enable quicksync from the encoder tab in settings. make sure your key frame interval is set to 2.

Bitrate 2500-3000 bitrate if you have that. you'll need a 3+Mbps upload speed from your ISP

That thing is honestly not on target, especially since hardware encoders are concerned.

problem is that apparently he isnt running a dedicated gpu so qsv may have a huge impact on ingame performance.
