Question / Help Settings OBS Classic

I'd like someone to give me some settings for these components: Intel i5 Processor 3.30 GHz Video Card: GeForge GTX 680, 8GB Ram. Settings livestream

First step would be to update to OBS Studio. Classic is a dead project, and is essentially unsupported at this time.
