Question / Help Settings i should be using?

I have a pc strictly for streaming my gaming dekstop and i was curious of what the best settings are that would make it smooth and clear.

Streaming pc:
Core i7 3770 3.4GHz
GTX 660 2GB
8GB DDR3
120GB SSD

Capture card: x-capture 1 usb 3.0

EDIT: I want to stream LoL, WoW, BFHL, and GTA V.
