Hi i need help with my settings , can i stream with an AMD Athlon X2 240 3.0 ghz , 4gb ram and GTX 750 1 gb ? If yes can you make me same good settings for recording/streaming.

I would definitely recommend to do an upgrade before thinking about streaming. Recording might be possible with a lot of tweaking and maybe at a lower resolution.

As said before, think about upgrading your system in many ways (to be fair) before thinking about streaming.
Just to make a few things clear:
CPU: Your CPU is very low end is mostly recommended for basic consumer PCs. I assume that even gaming doesn't go on great settings maybe medium at most.
RAM: Still ok but just a heads up that even 8GB of RAM is pretty much the standard these days.
GPU: Series is fine but you lack VRAM, only 1GB of VRAM is quite and dangerously low for even normal gaming. If you have a screen resolution of 1920x1080 you are already asking too much for the current GPU.
Assuming that all in all everything is quite old apart from the GPU I would personally recommend to start saving around $600 at least and consider building (if possible) or just order a new pc with higher grade hardware in general. If you need help for selecting parts etc ask friends if possible, go to Toms Hardware, LinusTechTips and more of those like things. Their communities are always willing to help to get you the best bang for the buck.
