most of your stats mean nothing to OBS. all that really matters is two things.
1, the CPU, you have one of the more recent, yet very low end CPUs. to which I would have to answer:
540p @30fps if streaming or 720@30 if you are local recording.

second, I do not see a descrete GPU, this is second important yet vital aspect with OBS. Having a newer DX11 descrete GPU is pretty important since OBS uses the GPU to rescale and capture the scene from.

final recommendation after all of this. try something then post your log. I doubt you'll be able to do anything above 616@30fps though
