Question / Help Settings for Recording Minecraft

Hey, I'm trying to figure out what settings to use to record minecraft gameplay. I have a game capture source called "Minecraft", and I can record in my Minecraft window. The only problem is that when I am moving in-game, the video gets blurry, and it's like this every time I am moving. Can I get some advice on what settings to change please? Thanks a lot!

Considered trying to lower the resolution just a tad? Maybe Downscale 1.25 in video settings and see if it helps?

Well now I started to test my microphone since the video settings are correct, but my voice is quiet, even if I talk louder than normal. My minecraft sound settings are low, so the mincraft sounds aren't very loud, and my microphone is as close to my mouth as it can be without it picking up my breathing. What should I do?

Here is the log file by the way.

You can use mic audio boost if necessarily in audio settings. It will multiply your audio level by the value you set.

I am trying to record Minecraft, but it doesnt even work! All I see is a black screen in the video shower. It works fine with other apps, like Gmod, but not Minecraft.
