Question / Help Settings For Recording CS:GO

Pretty new to OBS. Go easy please :D. Would like to record CS:GO in the highest possible quality that my computer can record in. What settings do I use?

Note: the RAM is actually clocked to 2133MHz and processor to 3.90GHz.
