Question / Help Settings For My PC

Hello,

I got some issues configuring my OBS, used different settings and I don't find them optimal at all.
I would mostly stream Counter-Strike Global Offensive (60 FPS)
My computer settings :

Processor : AMD Athlon(tm) II x2 250 Processor (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Video : AMD Radeon HD 6570 Approx. Total Memory : 2804
Memory RAM : 4096 RAM DDR3
Download Speed : 94.29 Mbps
Upload Speed : 93.46 Mbps

Could you help me configuring OBS ? I don't know how to configure it that much...

Your CPU isn't sufficient for Live Streaming. I doubt you'd have much luck recording either.

Step 1, buy a new motherboard and CPU. Settings will not help with a CPU that old and weak.
