Question / Help Settings for me (A6-6420K)

Hey guys,
i want stream/record in 720p but i couldn't find optimal settings for me. I want stream/record games like WoW, Star conflict, maybe LoL etc.
My specs are:
AMD A6-6420K 2x 4,0 Ghz
MSI GeForce GT 630 2GB DDR3
4GB DDR3 RAM
1TB seagate barracuda HDD
Monitor resolution: 1600x900
Upload speed: 12 Mbps (internet is pretty good, but cpu is slow i think :( )

you will not be able to stream 720p with your A6 processor. I would check out alternatives such as nVidia NVENC if your GPU supports it. if not, I would do no more than 360p @ 24fps
