Question / Help Settings for Elgato HD and PC Gaming

So I am trying to find a setting on my OBS so that I can broadcast through my Elgato with eveything in sync, and on my PC synced as well. As you can see in the log file, everything is synced up perfectly with my Elgato game capture, but when I swap over for some PC play, my voice is ahead of the PC game footage. Is there a way so that everything is synced up so that when I swap between the two, everything is synced up.

I do all my Xbox Play through my elgato.
PC Games are done simply with a Game Capture from OBS.

Separate streaming/recording profile for your PC gaming with the offsets adjusted properly for it
 
How can I do that properly? Everytime I make 2 seperate profiles in OBS, when I change one profile, the other profiles changes too.
 
bump.

I create two profiles, I have one where I I am plugged into my Elgato Game Capture, where I have certain delays set so that every can be broadcasted on twitch properly. (Cam delays, Audio Delays, etc...)

But I want another profile for when I broadcast on PC where my delays are different or non-existance. In other words, the settings are different than when I use my elgato for Xbox One.

How can I do this so that when I am swapping from my Xbox to PC, I can select a different profile that will go to a different set of settings. This is in reference to like my advance settings.
