Settings difficulty-help!

Hi, I've used OBS to record my screen for several years. I've since gotten a new MacBook Pro running on Apple M4 and Sequoia 15.6 OS. When I try to record nothing happens. I'm trying to upload a word doc of the settings I used previously but the file seems too big. So! What should my setting be for recording my screen (usually for zoom, thinkific, or Vimeo).
