Hey Guys!

I started streaming and right now i'm figuring out which are the best settings for me to stream at twitch.
I will mostly play CS:GO.

Upload Speed: ~ 3,5 mbits

CPU: i7-4790 (3,6 GHz)
GPU: nVidia GTX 750 ti

My CS:GO Settings are all really low (low detials low resolution)

Should i go for 720p @ 30fps and 2500 bitrate or is it possible to stream with 60fps?

What would you recommend?
Which preset and which filter should i use?

I'm very thankful for any advice.

regards

I think you have to try.

720p@30 or 60 should be fine. Your Bitrate on twitch is restricted unless u are not partnered. So 2500 should be fine.

The preset depend on ur cpu. The slower u go, the more CPU Power u will need. Try veryfast and preview obs. Go on faster or fast and look what ur cpu usage is at.

What NacOnAcid said, only note that playing a game at lower resolution will cause more CPU to be used than GPU which will affect which CPU preset you can typically do.
