Question / Help setting up

hey guys, I was trying to set up a stream by my own, but the results were awful. so I need your help.

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 6670
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo | E7300 2.66 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Windows 8.1 Pro N
1680x1050
Upload is 4-5MB

I was trying to stream with 1280x720 (16:9) but stream was very laggy. it was shown like a photo, and nothing more.

give up streaming with that hardware your cpu is nowhere near capable of streaming properly.

maybe 240p with 15fps thats about it and it would look like lego

and NEVER change your preset if you dont know what it does since fast preset makes it even worse since you would be forced to use the fastest preset anyway (ultrafast)
