Question / Help Setting up my PC to stream

Hello everyone,

Can someone give me a guide of the settings which should I have to have a nice and fluid stream?

My specs:

-Amd FX-6300
-Kingston DDR3 4Gb 1600Mhz
-Nvidia GTX 650Ti 1Gb
-1680x1050 Resolution --> Searching i found that I will have to downscale to 480p
My connection speed is slow, just 1000kbps upload.

Help please.

You can't really stream at a decent quality with that slow upload. Mayb for low resolution games it could work, but any modern games is a no-go.
