im setting up the stream for shushu (twitch) and we have atm the problem with lags while streaming and id like to know the best settings for her.

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3
GPU: evga gtx 970
Board: ASRock H97 anniversary
RAM: 16
current OBS Settings
Video Resolution: 1920x1080 - Downscale: 1. 50 - 1280x720
Bitrate: 3000 - Buffer: 3000
CBR and CBR padding
FPS: 50
Filter: bicubic sharper
x264 preset: veryfast
