Question / Help Set negative webcam buffer?

Holla,

Wierd question: Can I set my webcam to player -50ms faster? I just got new headphones+XLR to USB, and the converter is so fast that my mic is ahead by 50ms. I know I could delay, but I rather not delay the mic.

Any options?

EDIT: NVM, it seems using Quick Sync there is an audio delay in the .flv files. When using my 540p60 X264 profile, no sync issues.
