I wanna start off by showing my PC specs so everyone knows what I'm working with:
Processor: i73770k
Video Card: Radeon 7950HD
Memory: 16GB
OS: Windows 7 Professional
Harddrive(s): OCZ SSD 250GB (OS), Samsung EVO SSD 250GB (Games), WG HDD 1TB (Media/Misc)
Audio Interface: Komplete Audio 6
Webcam: Logitech c615
So, day 1-3: everything ran smoothly. I was running Mount & Blade: Warband using Game Capture, ran CS:GO with Game Capture, experienced no losses in performances. Here's my settings:
So, day 4 cometh and I'm running into issues where my audio cuts out. Not just for me, but for my stream as well. And it's not at consistent intervals but random intervals and it's strictly my audio interface I believe because there was even a couple moments where my audio interface crashed and everything bugged out.
Well, my buddy suggested using my intel integrated graphics so that I can allot the power usage of my graphics card to strictly be with games. Simple enough, I got my stuff enabled in my bios and updated my settings... Was even worse! I couldn't even use game capture so when I went to use window capture even Mount & Blade was crapping out and since it doesn't have windowed fullscreen... Let's just say that game is a pain to play in windowed mode.
So, I revert back to my GPU... I play Killing Floor 2... The performance was shot and the audio was cutting out every 10 seconds. It was absolutely ridiculous. I don't know what happened to the performance but it just crapped the hell out. Oh! It all started happening on the 2nd day I started using my webcam! I thought it was the internal mic fighting with the KA6 so I downloaded updated drivers and disabled its on board mic and I'm still facing the issues. So I'm at a loss, I was curious to see if anyone had an idea as to what the issue could be. Thanks for the help!
