Question / Help Serious audio delay

Hey there. let me just start off by saying that I am not the best with this kinda stuff.
I have been streaming Archeage and when I use mumble I am getting serious delay. When I talk everyone in the mumble hears me about 3 seconds or more after I say something. I do not know what is causing it because I don't think it's a bandwidth problem. my max bitrate and buffer is 3200 and my upload speeds are usually around 20 mb/s. Any idea what's causing the lag or anything i can just try to fix it?

I have no idea why mumble would cause those problems, the errors seem to indicate that your upload bandwidth is insufficient or unreliable.

Don't use NVEnc for streaming to Twitch. Its only good for saving to disk. Instead use x264. Your CPU should be able to handle it without too much of a problem.

If you're going to use NVEnc at all, don't use the llhq preset with a Kepler-based GPU, like your 780 Ti. Use the hp (high performance) preset instead. If you update to Maxwell when the new video cards come out in a week, then you can use the other presets, but not before. And in that case, the best one is hq (high quality), not llhq.

For streaming, you probably need to lower your bitrate and buffer to the 2000 range. For saving to disk, you need to increase your bitrate to the 10000-30000 range. If you're doing both, go with the streaming settings. But don't stream using NVEnc, use x264 instead.
