Question / Help Separating voicecoms and sounds from game capture device in stream?

Yeah basically I just want that to happen. I tried it with VB Audiocable and Voicemeeter, but whenever I try to set it up in OBS it always tells me this:
"Cannot initialize desktop audio sound, more info in the log file."
In OBS settings I have selected "CABLE Input" (from VB Audiocable) and already set up TS3 with that "CABLE Input".

Any ideas what's the problem? Thanks in advance

I have no idea where the logs are.

So going more into detail here:

I setup my VM like this:

Hardware #1 input: none
Hardware #2 input: Cable Output (Set only to stream A!)
Virtual Input: VB-Audio Voicemeeter (set to standart aswell)
Hardware #1 out: My headset
Hardware #2 out: Elgato-8 (my game capture audio)

In my ts I got output into Cable Input, so I think I should be able to seperate the Voicecom line in Voicemeeter into A and B (So my headset and my game capture device) but it doesn't really work. Even if I set it up to A only (my headset) it still streams the audio into my game capture and therefore into my stream.
I want to enable and disable voicecoms withn time and simultaneously, can someone help me out?

EDIT: Oh yes forgot to mention it is all set up on my gaming PC, I really don't want to voicecom on my streaming pc, since it should just be there to stream, nothing else. Reason behind that is that I want to have my headset still connected to my gaming pc, and not having a seperate earbud/mic for voicecoms on my streaming pc aswell

The thing is , it's not really relevant anymore, since I kinda fixxed it with a 2nd headset already on my streaming pc, but check my edit,

now I just want to separate the audio on my gaming pc already so that my game capture device does not take my voicecoms, in that case I just can use my voicecoms on my gaming pc and not having to plugin another headset/earbuds for my streaming pc
