Separating Audio Tracks in Editing Software

Hello everyone,

I wasn't sure where to post this so I chose this section. I have been using the application audio capture feature in OBS to separate my Discord, Spotify, and game audio so that I can block out whatever audio I want in my recording session.

I was wondering if there was a way to separate the actual recording of the audio into separate sound files so that I can place them in my editing software and mute certain discord conversations while playing my game and still capturing the game audio. I'm not necessarily certain how audio tracks work so if I am wrong and it exports already separated please let me know how to do so since I did import the video into Premiere Pro and none of the tracks imported separately.

For more specs about my recording audio settings:
I have my export set to FFMpeg 32 bit (So that I can record 32-bit float with my Rode NT1 5th gen which is supported by 32 bit float)

I understand that platforms compress video and audio quality so lossless formats aren't necessary but I do offer a subscription to my users to download the lossless versions of my movies for a better viewing experience. This includes providing at minimum CD quality audio and 4k lossless video.
