Question / Help Separate Profiles

I want to make a profile for my audio. For example, I want to boost my music audio in OBS. How can I do this?
I want it to be somewhat quiet for me, so I can hear my in-game audio.. but I want it to be a little bit louder on stream.

I would just use desktop boost in OBS, but that also boosts my teamspeak audio which I don't want.

Given how the audio subsystem in Windows works, you can't really do that natively. You might be able to do it with VAC (virtual audio cable) but that's not free software, and it'd be better asked on their forums rather than the OBS ones. :)

Option A uses 3 Virtual Audio Cables and relies on the Windows Volume Mixers for each device to mix the sound volumes.
Option B uses 2 Virtual Audio Cables and the DShow Audio Plugin (can be found on the Plugins Forum), it relies on the sound mixer for your soundcard and the volume level options OBS offers you.

So confused haha... still trying to figure it out.
I know it's possible because another stream I know has his music quiet for him, louder for the viewers.
He's just always too busy to help me
