sending control code over network from OBS

i am looking for a away to send a control string to a network device from OBS, like during a scene transition. This would be similar to a PTZ control to recall presets. I'd like to send strings to external video switchers, audio processors, and lighting controllers that are on the building LAN when a scene is selected.

It's both ways (you can read scene changes, t-bar position etc.)

Another alternative, if you want to stay inside of OBS, might be the Advanced Scene Switcher plugin:

Or maybe a combination of the two, if Adv. SS can see more in OBS and make that connection.
