Hello everyone! New streamer here looking to pick up some advice if at all possible. Thank you.
First of all I'm running ezcap168 on windows 7 using obs 64bit. Windows identifies the device as SMI GRABBER DEVICE.
The first issue i encountered was when streaming sega genesis 1, i can only get a black and white picture. I tried all the various encoder settings but all display a black screen only. The third ntsc setting (cant remember the name, and im not home now) is the only one that displays any picture but its black and white only, no color.
The next problem i have is when streaming snes i get a horizontal bar of discoloration at the top 1/10th of the screen. I have an example of this here: http://youtu.be/QYf1GO0HjpQ
Nes, dreamcast, ps2, and xbox 360 capture the picture fine.
Are there any settings to improve general quality or things i should be aware of and consider as a new content maker? I appreciate your time, if you can help at all i thank you.
