Question / Help Seeking assistance with Streaming Please help!

Currently wondering what my settings should be on for streaming world of warcraft. When I stream right now it does not look too bad, but causes in game lag, as well as slow in the stream at some times during PvP.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WELCOME.
Could it be slow internet?
Could it be OBS settings are not optimal?

Your preset may be too slow in OBS advanced settings, make it faster. Check CPU usage during high motion/action.
 
The slower the preset, the more CPU needed. Going slow may require too much CPU causing frame skips and slowdowns.

Change it to fast or faster, maybe the default veryfast will do.
