Hello,
so i am thinking to purchase a second monitor to plug it on the motherboard dvi (from 4790k's HD4600 video) but will that affect my Quick Sync Streaming or recording in any way? Thanks!

If you have a dedicated GPU then use that instead.

Well, to be more precise: i record and livestream using 4790k's QSV and have a dedicated r9 290 radeon connected to a 24" monitor. I would like to get a second monitor to connect to the intel's dvi output so i can have the youtube browser and obs program opened on the second monitor.
Will this interfere with the Quick Sync encoding in any visible way?

It is not best to have two different monitors on two different gpus if you can avoid it. this way, when going from monitor to monitor, nothing changes in the vram of each. 290 can easily do 2 monitors so I wouldn't even question using the onboard, just use the 290.

To answer my own question - it seems second monitor on the HD4600 will not work while streaming with its QSV.. Had my Windows 10 Home crashing several times.
