I've tried a lot of different settings in both OBS and my monitors.

I know I used OBS to record dancing when I used a program called "open in the grooved" but I wanted to try out stepmania now.

You can see in the video how it flickers. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49duuKziHIo&feature=youtu.be

I have a 1080P monitor and a 4K monitor hooked up to my computer if that helps as well.

I've tried 1080P and 720P recording as well.

Here is my last log of 720P 60FPS for it - https://gist.github.com/anonymous/c49ad106203f78b45850

If you are running the game in windowed mode, you could also try window capture with (or without) compatibility mode enabled, but yeah, didn't realize this was an issue @Harold.

Thanks guys. Looks like the OpenGL render fixed it.

I do have another question. It lags a little while playing. Since it's fast arrows it makes it a little hard. Is this a computer issue or is it something I can fix in the settings as well. If not, I'm just happy I can stream it a little laggy now with no flickering.

If you are recording and not streaming, you could always put the preset back to veryfast, disable CBR then set the buffer to 0. recording quality will be much better. At that, size of your recordings will also be bigger.
