Question / Help Screen tearing when aero is DISABLED

When i use OBS my screen tears I found out it didn't when my aero is ENABLED. but when my aero is enabled I cant use screen capture and my window capture freezes at the first image it gets. Here is my logs if that helps.

Using Monitor Capture

I believe Monitor Capture is one of those things you shouldn't be using, but my memory on that is a bit foggy.. What're trying to capture?

I'm trying to record H1Z1 but if i enable aero my whole computer tears. Even youtube videos tear at 30fps

create a Game Capture source and set it to use a hotkey; press said hotkey when in-game and see what happens. I would create and use a new, empty scene for this

It acts like the windowed capture and only capture the first image it sees. but the mouse works while the games image wont move
