Hey guys! I posted a thread earlier about encoding problems and such and it really helped a lot. I've fixed all of my issues there and this one I don't think I'm going to have a solution for. I've really done my best to try and make this damn HDPVR 2 work for me but I'm just going to have to get another card or board I think.
Every time I play a game (high motion or not) I get some kind of tear on the screen. I've read quite a few posts online about people having problems with screen tearing. I am using the ghetto method of window capturing a full screened Haupaugge Capture Module on my left monitor (I can't game capture with Haupaugge). The only kind of insight I've found is that my input and output fps's don't match up in my Capture Module or in OBS. But I changed everything to 30 (the game I was playing was Halo 4), and still I had problems with screen tearing.

There is a small stream of Halo 4. You'll notice the tearing at any point I'm sure.
It's time for me to get a new way of capturing I know. For the record I wouldn't recommend this card for any streamer. But, does anyone have an insight/fix to this?
Thanks so much.
