Question / Help Screen region

Hey guys I was wondering if there was an alternative way to select a region of your screen so I can broadcast when someone follows... I stream CS:GO and if I use the monitor sub region it gets super laggy. Any recommendations?

Use Window capture instead with Aero enabled.

Or use a different alert service that can use the Browser source.
