Question / Help "Screen region" with capture card?

Is it possible to do something similar to a screen region in capture card mode to crop off parts I don't wan't shown on the stream?

Not yet, but being able to crop any source is a planned feature.

Cool, glad to hear. OBS has been improving rapidly with the newly redesigned capture card audio capture and I hope to see cropping soon

The plan is to have some sort of common controls shared by every type of video source, that lets you control cropping, opacity, deinterlacing, etc.

As a somewhat silly workaround, I'll recommend you using black images above your Capture Card source to make them invisible. You could also scale it so the unwanted parts are behind canvas border :)
