Hello. So, Whenever I start streaming or even preview my stream after a few seconds the screen on the stream will freeze. The audio continues to work. It is not my actual computer screen that is freezing it is just on stream and I am not sure how to fix it. I have uploaded the most recent log.

You can change the preset under Settings > Advanced. Put it back on veryfast.
Stop trying to stream at 1080p60. Go to Settings > Video and put the frame rate back to 30. If you only have 500 Kbps of upload bandwidth available you'll also want to set the resolution downscale much lower.
