Ive been using OBS to broadcast on Chew.tv for the past few months and love it. Chew.tv bills itself as Twitch for DJs. For our weekly show, we have been broadcasting with OBS while running Resolume for visuals on one computer and bringing the audio from the DJ setup in via an external usb soundcard.
What I would like to do is to somehow screengrab a section of SeratoDJ running on the second DJ computer, and send it to the first broadcasting computer that is running OBS as an input, in order to display the song names and waveforms. Lag is not a huge issue as long as it is kept to a few seconds or less.
So basically, whats the easiest way to take a screengrab from one computer and send it to a second computer running OBS?
There may be other ways to get the song information from Serato if there is not a simple solution, I would prefer the screengrabs as I can then show the waveforms and potentially other graphical elements of Serato rather than just the text info, but text info only would work if it came down to it.
