Question / Help Screen freezing and lag with The Binding of Isaac Rebirth

I don't necessairly think it is the game, but whenever I start recording the screen freezes, and my game starts lagging like crazy. Any ideas on how to fix this?

your CPU is to slow to record and I dont think it has quicksync so basically, you cant stream with a slow dual core system. sry.

if you could stream I would recommend that you stream at the lowest downscale possible and maybe 15fps but something tells me that would look horrible and not be worth your trouble.

Any idea on where to buy a good, cheap gaming computer? Nye-he-he
