Question / Help Screen Flickering

Hello! Been having a problem recently where my screen will flicker every now and then while broadcasting. Used to have no problems at all before. Ends up breaking SubAlert and OBS's preview freezes but the broadcast still works. Going over my recent broadcast on Twitch, everything looks fine.

Was playing CS:GO in windowed mode using game capture. Window capture wouldn't even work at all (black screen).

Don't use monitor capture.
