Question / Help Screen Capture

I am new to all of this and followed the guides to setting this up through twitch via:

I am currently trying to stream Heroes of the Storm, but it isnt capturing the screen correctly. It has black boxes around the screen on the steam. I dont know what I did wrong or how to fix. It looks like this:

Looks like your base resolution and the resolution of the game itself are mismatched. Either set OBS to be the same resolution as the game, or set the game to be the same resolution as OBS, or select the Game Capture source and press Ctrl+F to make it fit inside the screen.
