I found out that in Windows your streaming key is saved as cleartype in the folder "[Root]:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\OBS\profiles". For every profile your create in OBS there is a .ini-file in this folder.
I like it that you can transfer your settings by simply copying the Roaming\OBS\ folder but I think your streamkey should be saved scrambled and maybe be protected by a user set password wich you have to know when you copy it to another OBS installation or just be unusable when you do so.
