Question / Help Scene switch when subcribe

Hi!

So I'm thinking about this. It would be kinda cool in my current setup that if I get a subscriber, obs would change to another scene for, let's say 10 seconds. Then switch back. I looked around a little but didnt find anything.

Is it doable?

Look into the Advanced Scene Switcher. May be it has a feature you can use to switch a scene. It is able to watch a text file and switch to a scene, if some contents appears in that text file. If you can make it so that some text appears in a text file if you get a subscriber, you can use this feature to switch. Or if your subscriber system has some window that changes to some special title for a new subscriber, you can make the switcher act when it detects the title change.

Ooh shit. That is hella much work for someone who doesn't understand anything about that. Just thought there was something already done for it.

OBS is just a streaming/recording software. Such things as subscribers are a streaming service thing, has nothing to do with the process of capturing and creating a video stream. It's a feature within streaming, not a feature to create a stream.
