Scene switch on video timecode

Hi all,
I'd like an automatic scene switch to happen when a specific timecode on a played video is hit. Does anyone know of a plugin that allows this?

Background: I have an intro video playing with a countdown. Depending on the day, I leave more or less countdown time until the scene changes into a version of itself without stream chat overlaid, which I set up as a second scene. Therefore, it would be great if this change could happen automatically whenever the timer in the intro video hits 00:00 (which would probably be around 10 minutes into the length of the actual video file, but if start the timer at, say, 5min remaining, the auto switch should still happen when the timer in the video hits 00:00, meaning, the timecode of the video is said roughly 10 minutes).

Hope this makes sense. Thanks for any help!

I don't think there's anything that can use the actual timecode itself, but the Advanced Scene Switcher
can run an independent timer for how long the video has been visible:

or how long it has to go:

Two slightly different ways of doing similar things. The second one, I use to make a nice transition from a fullscreen video back to whatever camera I was on before, so it has other uses too. (any tutorial can only scratch the tip of the iceberg...)

Thanks a lot @AaronD ! I think the latter is what I can use — because "always 10 min into the video file" is the same as "always if the video file has 2min left" basically ;)

Additional question @AaronD : Does Advanced Scene Switcher offer functionality to activate/deactivate a source based on the timecode?
It does a LOT! Both inside of OBS, and sending/receiving messages outside of OBS. It can even run an arbitrary program or script outside of OBS. I use all of that extensively in my rigs.

Specifically, yes, it does that too. Poke around and see what else you find...
