Ryzen 7 2700x/ x264 encoder / blurry

Hello,
I have an issue with obs, my stream is blurry even when I move the cursor or anything on my desktop. (same thing happens in games) . I have a ryzen 7 2700x CPU with an RX570 GPU.

I tried in 720p and 1080 with multiple video and stream settings ( 2 times with the auto config tool).

Last week i reinstalled the entire system to make sure I have the latest drivers but the issue still persist.

What does blurry means? Do you have a screen shot? You can easily share here (print screen/Paste)

We have an issue with pixelation/ghosting, and in one post, someone has posted the same issue and the solution.

I have found the solution the problem was the switch power over ethernet that all cameras and pc and Nvr are in the same POE switch..now i have 2 switch ,one for the cameras and one for the local network.now all works fine.

I have not tried this out yet,will give it a try this week. I have read it somewhere else (IP Camera talk, I think)

Hi Fgstauh,

Attach you can find a printscreen to see exactly what I mean by blurry. I just clicked on the obs settings window and it looked like that for 1-1.5second. I tried all the possible settings and I can't figure out what could be the issue, even my 2013 macbook stream with a better quality.
