Question / Help Running OBS on Ubuntu...

It looks like OBS isn't finding or has access to opengl in the vnc server. I did a quick search, and you may want to try the following, which gives vnc displays access to opengl.

http://www.virtualgl.org/

Again I haven't tried it so don't know if it will work or not.

Just an FYI, virtualGL does not work.

I know this is a dead topic but since this is the number 1 result on google for this problem I just wanted to note that I have gotten obs to run on a ubuntu 18.04 headless server with a GT 710 GPU. Only problem I am still running into is that OBS seems to use the mesa libraries. Streaming works though (with the occasional fps drop) as can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/c/luigio/live

Just wondering how you did that - are you using AWS? What else did you need to install and is OBS running headless as well?
