Question / Help Rubberbanding/bad framerate on stream

Hello there.

So I got a new weird problem in my stream..
The thing is; On the stream it self you can time to time see rubberbanding even though I don't have it Ingame. So for viewers on the stream, they'll see rubberbanding/low framerate even though ingame Its running just fine for me.

Vod: http://www.twitch.tv/bondtv/b/476059421

It's happening in the video time to time through the whole thing. It's hard to not miss.
You have it at 6:30 > 11:40 and so forth.

But you get the idea.
I dropped around 800 frames overall because of twitch servers being shitty as usual, but in the end it worked fine.

Any ideas what's causing this?
Seems to have started in BF4. BF3 was just fine and other games are as well.

Edit: I'm using the OBS Scene switcher. Could this cause it?

My apologies, I've been busy and haven't been on the forums as much as I'd like as of late. I doubt OBS scene switcher causes it. Couldn't say what causes it, I've never really seen this sort of stuff before with x264. Though x264 can't really be the cause.. I'm not entirely sure admittedly. BF4 does eat up more resources than any other game I've seen, but I've seen plenty of BF4 streams and have never seen such a problem before.

Most people use a streaming pc to capture the game with. I'm just using my gaming pc as the source, so yeah..
The CPU usage is going around 80% all the time, so I guess it could be that then?

No, actually most of the streams I watch they stream on the gaming PC. When BF4 was released I watched about 4-5 streams of BF4 from OBS users. I'm pretty sure at this point BF4 is probably just eating up your system and it's causing streaming issues. I would probably recommend going 30 fps and seeing if that helps. Issues with BF4 aren't uncommon currently.

Me and my viewers have noticed this problem happens when I tab out and then tab back in again.
The way to resolve it is to tab out again and in and hopefully it works the first time and if not, do it over and over until it does.

I also get these in my logs: "PERFORMANCE WARNING: Scene change took 2205 ms, maybe some sources should be global sources?"

I got the most sources as global atm. Anything I have to worry about?

The performance warning means that you have some device as a regular source when it should be a global source, such as a capture/webcam device.

Right.
It's fixed now anyway.

However, the rubberbanding is still there at points. As said; It happens when I tab out and then in again. The game is still BF4. Only way to resolve it is to tab out and in until the preview on OBS is smooth.

I unfortunately don't know what to suggest at this point - I'm actually totally baffled why this is happening for you -- however I have a question. Do you have more than one monitor? Do you know if this happens in the preview?

I do have a second monitor and yes, when the rubberbanding happens it looks very, very choppy on the preview.
When tabbing out/in the preview goes smooth.

Sometimes after one try, sometimes after 10+
Should also say that I've tried different versions of OBS
