Question / Help RTMP_Connect1, handshake fail

I got this error after attempting to stream, dropping tons of frames, then stopping with the error message above. I have looked through the forum and no one has really given an answer to this. If we know its not OBS, can anyone send me in the right direction or where the error is coming from?

Probably your wireless is unstable. Wireless is not recommended at all for streaming.
