We experienced this issue last night with our first test stream from multiple locations. Today I was working on syncing the system as best I could with these resources and was able to capture a perfect example of what is happening.
This is a stream preview. the source on the left is being streamed from my computer to my laptop (not ideal) server on the same network and the stream on the right is being streamed from a friends house and network. If this is the same issue we experienced last night (which was being streamed to my desktop PC opposed to the laptop) then prior to this the screens will drop framerates to a very low amount, maybe 10 at most.
I'm almost certain that this is an optimisation issue, seeing as it happened on an Intel i7-4770k with 16GB ram and now the AMD A10. (Granted the A10 is a lot less powerful, so I do expect to have to tweak it accordingly)
I'm not sure what the first step in
a) Troubleshooting this issue and
b) Optimizing the server.
