Question / Help Roxio Game Capture HD Pro Issues. HELP?

Hi so i just purchased a Roxio to start streaming and whenever i add it to my scene This Happens http://gyazo.com/d7cd72c2071af7be0f168c7594ca0960 ? Any one got any Help????

I have the same problem The Roxio is not compatible with OBS directly, the are going to incorporate it soon. As of right know to use it you have to window/monitor the preview screen in the roxio program
