Question / Help Roughly 75% of screen black when streaming.

So the other today i tried to stream some Payday 2 (i already checked that the problem isn't with the game) all but the top left corner of the screen was black. I determined its size was roughly that of a 720p window as when i had the game in windowed mode at 720p it fit in the bit that was showing perfectly. When i ran the game at 1080p it simply only showed that corner. I'm pretty sure the problem isn't with my scenes or settings, but then again im a bit new to obs.
